Case Description
For over 10 years MIBN has worked closely with Partnership for Community Care, a non-profit organization comprised of Primary Care Providers, Hospitals/Health Systems, and County Health Departments. P4CC’s mission is to provide improved healthcare for all Medicaid beneficiaries in rural North Carolina. They needed a Managed Services Provider that could empathize with their mission, and provide results.
Summary
P4CC’s Management Team wanted a reliable Managed IT Provider that would help them scale for business over the next decade. This was their baseline:

Expansion
In 5 years, P4CC’s work in rural North Carolina had grown tremendously and they needed to expand their office and increase staff size to fulfill the need.
- Office Expansion - Partly due to a stronger IT infrastructure, P4CC was able to onboard more staff and grow internally
- 1st Branch Office - After growing their IT infrastructure, P4CC was able to open up a new branch office successfully
- 2nd Branch Office - After success of 1st branch offce, P4CC opened up second branch office.
- No Connectivity Issues - All staff members were collaborating with eachother without any connectivity issues
- Security - P4CC network was fully secure, HIPPA compliant, disaster recovery plan in-place.
